Schedule of Fees & Charges

All rates are ex GST.  These rates are applicable for the 2022/23 financial year.

Projects & Consulting

Project work and consulting (based on hourly rates) are as follows:

  • Principal Contractor $180.00/hr
  • Design Contractor (Developer, Coding solutions, SharePoint designer and IT qualified) $120.00/hr
  • Subcontractor (General admin, documentations, etc) $80.00/hr

Fixed-price quotation is also available, upon properly scoping the project.

Training Fees

Group Training (at your premises) is charged at the following rate:

  • $1,800.00 per group per day (includes training material)
  • $1,000.00 per group per half-day (includes training material)

Training mode is instructor-led classroom style.  Effective group size is 3-8 participants, but we can go to 15 participants on application.

The client typically organises a suitable training environment and co-ordinates staff attendance.

Online Training (Instructor-led) is charged at the following rate:

  • $1,200.00 per group per half-day (3.5 hr session)

Training mode is instructor-led online using Teams.  Effective group size is 2-5 participants, but we can go to 10 participants on application.

Client typically organises the session and co-ordinates staff attendance.

Personal Tuition is charged at the following rate:

  • $600.00 per half-day (at your premises)
  • $800.00 per half-day (on-line via Zoom or Teams)

Additional training material is charged at the following rate:

  • $35.00 per training pack (student manual and handouts)

Other Services

Travel rates are as follows:

  • Travel within the bounds of the Cairns Regional Council Free of Charge
  • Travel within Queensland $80.00/hr
  • Accommodation, car hire/transport and meals at cost

National & International travel:

  • Principal Trainer/Contractor $800.00/day
  • Design Contractor & Subcontractor $600.00/day

Additional training services:

  • Provision of mobile classroom $60.00 per laptop (max 9)
  • Roaming and desk-side training $150.00/hr
  • Cairns computer training facility equipped with 18 PCs $800.00 per day (subject to availability)
  • Training services can also include any of the following: needs analysis, pre course skills survey, assessment, follow up workshops, customised documentation, post course evaluation for an additional fee.
